Eric's CDN provides a content delivery network service specifically designed for ShareX users. Our service allows you to:

• Upload screenshots, images, and files
• Store and deliver content through our global CDN
• Integrate with ShareX for seamless file sharing
• Manage your uploaded content through our web interface

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Maintaining the security of your ShareX API key

You agree not to use our service to upload, store, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Is pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and deliver your content through our CDN
• Make technical copies necessary for service operation
• Display your content when accessed through valid links

This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical difficulties
• Circumstances beyond our control

We may impose reasonable limits on storage space, bandwidth usage, and number of uploads.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Eric's CDN, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
